What is your shipping policy and turnaround time?

We charge a flat rate of $5 for all items.  All of our items are made to order after your order has been placed. The custom nature of our items takes time to create. Orders are processed and shipped within 10 days at this time. Once an order has processed, delivery time can vary from 2-5 days depending on location. After your order has processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains USPS tracking details.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
